Invitation

First draft of Poster Design -3rd March(Sat) & Final draft to be ready by 5th March(Monday). Delhi & NCR : The invites with poster to reach colleges by 12th to 16th March,2012 Outside Delhi: Letters and posters to be sent to the colleges by 12th to 16th March,2012

Events Committee

To get in touch with Faculty incharge & finalise all the rules etc.. Invite participants through your networks in other colleges. Smooth conduct of the events(Venue booking, Invitation to judges, preparation of judgement files, Information to all concerned, Hospitality of judges ,Photograph of your events, preparation of Certificates after the events, submission of report of your events.

Reception & Registration

Attendance of Internal students. Attendance of External students. Registering students with complete details. Issue of I-Cards to participants. Issue of food coupons to External participants.

Discipline Committee

Checking of I-Cards at entries of all events. Smooth conduct of events. Ensuring discipline .

Notify Club Incharge of any Indiscipline or student under the influence of alcohol.

Sponsorship

Faculty, CRC and Students team should be formed. Sponsorship ppt, letters etc.. to be prepared by 5th March,2012 Sponsorship both in cash and kind 10% incentive of sponsorship amount

Hospitality Committee

All outside Delhi participants to be given accommodation (NDIM Hostels). Boarding & Lodging to be taken care of by NDIM. All participants should be given food coupons.

Publicity

Radio ( FM & AIR) Press release (Events & Announcements, Pre and post event coverage) On line advertisement. Television tie up
