CO Lines Splitter single input but separate output. Pin # 4, 5 First CO Line Pin # 3, 6 second CO Line If multiple CO lines then connect then connect then joint directly by pair from Splitter to the patch panel.

Face Plate We only have to connect one pair for digital and analog phones. But If you want to connect multiple CO lines you must use 4-Pair as mentioned below. And joint the wire directly from the splitter to Patch panel. 1 White orange 2 Blue 3 White Blue 4 Orange (1,4) for Digital / (2,3) For Analog
