A way to fix the lunch problem of students not eating is for Visa to offer more seating area for students.

Dear Edith Pabon: DEFINE AND IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM-STEP 1 For the past weeks the school has lost about $115,000 due to students not eating during lunch. Students havent been eating lunch and this has affected the school funds! Also the students dont eat because the lines are too long for the students to wait so they decide not to eat. Not enough seating areas is another reason, students are not eating because some dont have anywhere to sit. Another reason for the lost of school money and students not eating is that there is not enough food liked by students when given. PRESENT YOUR SOLUTION-STEP 2 VISA should have more seating areas so that the school can get its original amount of money it was getting when they started getting paid for the student eating. Put more tables outside so students have more seating areas. Tables should be bought but have a budget to how many are bought. This solution should be used as soon as possible so the school could earn its usual funds back. This is the possible resolution if students get more places to sit:

PREDICT RESULTS-STEP 3 After making a survey and visualizing my results, I figured out that at least 50% of students arent eating because they dont have anywhere to sit. 20% have somewhere to sit and the other 30% only find seating sometimes which is possible that they might not be eating sometimes as well. As to these results I ensure you that if the school offers more places to sit then more students will most likely eat more. By only offering students 50 tables for at least more then 500 students will not have good results to the school funds.
