Standard: IV. ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION Teachers apply technology to facilitate a variety of effective assessment and evaluation strategies. Teachers will apply technology in assessing student learning of subject matter using a variety of assessment techniques. I have chosen to present a video on using clickers in the classroom. My video will target teachers in my school. These teachers come from various cultural backgrounds. The teachers will have at least a bachelors degree with the majority holding a higher level degree. The teachers will need to know the basics of using a computer to run the clicker system. The video will demonstrate a type of Inquiry Arousal to get the attention of the audience. Objectives: Given the student response system (clickers), the teachers of JeffDavis Elementary School will be able to assess student learning by developing assessments using the clickers with no errors. Given the student response system, the teachers of Jeff-Davis Elementary School will be able to interpret the data from the assessments with no errors.
