A HORRIFIC STORY IN SIX ACTS

Introduction. The setting

It was early in a cold morning, on the 31st of October, in 2011.The city looked isolated and deserted .Only two or three people wandered around the main street in a daze. Someone shouted for help. An old woman shouted Go away as a warning, like a mad woman They have come. They are here. I saw them. I saw them The TV presenter spoke about a rare virus and asked the people to stay in until new information. A scientist was pessimist: - Only a few people would be able to survive. They could save the worldor maybe they couldnt.

First act
Newsagents man: - The news of the day, KEEP WALKING, Zombies are here .Stay in. Close windows and doors. Be careful. They are watching. Scientist: - Come on. Tell me everything about it. What did you see? Old woman: - They were deadbut they had wounds and dry blood all over their bodiesThey walked slowlyThey were zombies! I was extremely scaredIt horrifies me to think about it Scientist: - UmAnother zombies attackWe had a previous one last year (Ring, ring, ring,The telephone rings.)

Second act
Scientist: - Who is it? Policeman 1: - This is the police agent Charles Smith from the central Office, sir. Are you working on a cure against zombies bites, arent you? How are things going? Scientist: - Im doing my best, but Policeman 1: - We want to help. Well send you our best scientists

this afternoon. See you then. Scientist: - O.K. You are welcome.

Third act (At the Scientists house)

Policeman1: - How are things? Scientist: - Only going, Im afraid. Any help is worthy. Please follow me to the Lab. We are in a hurry. The Lab is downstairsWe have a hard work

Fourth act (In the street)

Man: - We are run out of food and we really need it. I must try to get something to eat. It is dangerous but Im hungry. Ive got to do it. (The man goes outAfter a while he is surrounded by a group of zombiesThe man is terrified) Zombie 1: - You will be one of usI want to kill you and try your blood. You are mine Zombie 2: - Hurry up. Its mine too. I want my part Zombie 1: - The first bite the best! Policeman 2: - Stop or die! Zombie1: - I dont care. We cant die (Sound of shots)

Fifth act
Policeman 2: - It worked!!!The ice shot worked!!!Just between the eyes into the zombies head. The scientist was right! Scientist: - What happened? I heard shots. Man: - Thanks, policeman, you saved my life! Thanks a lot . Policeman 2: - Whats your name? Man: - Peter, Im obligated Policeman 2: - O.K. Go back home and wait in for a new order.

Sixth act
Scientist: - Charles, help me to get the zombies bodies. I must examine them inmediately. Im not completely sure Policeman 1: - Lets get the zombies bodies. Pick them up and take them into the Lab. Policeman 2: - They have gone. They have disappeared. We are in a trouble!... Scientist: - I cant believe it. Theres no cure. Weve got no guns, no bullets. There s no remedy. The zombies will be the owners of the world..at least.TONIGHT !!! (Frightening laughs)
