    Analysis of codec output is a difficult task, partly because of the enormous amount of data. Even simple testing of a codec's effectiveness without the additional debugging information analysis requires handling 5-dimension data structures (codec, preset, bitrate, video sequence and metric).

    Position: Video Codec Development and optimization Job Code: DSP_0610_R3 Job Descriptions:

    Design, development and optimization of video codec algorithms on DSP or RISC platforms Experience (1 - 4 years) with one or more video coding standards such as: MPEG-4, H.263, H.264, Real Video 8/9/10, ON2 VP6/7, WMV9/VC-1, MJPEG etc

    Familiar with DSP processor architectures and embedded programming paradigm.

    Proficient in C and assembly programming languages Position: Audio Codec Lead
