1. Promotion Period: The Rocky Rococo Amore Twitter Sweepstakes (the Promotion) begins at or about 8:00:01 am Central Time (CT) on 3/28/12 and ends at or about 5:00 pm CT on 3/30/12 (the Promotion Period). 2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to permanent legal US residents residing in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their entry. Franchisees and employees, directors and officers of Rocky Rococo Restaurants. (Sponsor), and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, franchisees and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the Released Parties) and employees, directors and officers of Rocky Rococo Restaurants franchisees, and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, of each of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding. 3. How To Enter: Internet access and a Twitter account is required to enter. If you dont already have a Twitter account, visit http://www.twitter.com/ to create one. It is free to create an account. Once you have an account, to enter, during the Promotion Period, you must follow @rockyrococo on Twitter and retweet the message Friday is free pizza day...RT and follow @rockyrococo by 5pm CST on Friday for a chance to win a #fridayfreepizza. 3 winners. (hereinafter an entry). There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of email address or Twitter account, throughout the Promotion Period. All entries must comply with these Official Rules and meet the submission guidelines (Submission Guidelines) detailed below to be eligible. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery or entry during the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person, regardless of email address used, in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. The computer clock of the Webmaster hosting the Promotion is the official timekeeping device. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned and Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. 4. Submission Guidelines: Each entry that is submitted to the Promotion must comply with the following Submission Guidelines. Any entry that, in Sponsors sole and absolute discretion, violates these Official Rules or the Submission Guidelines below will be disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win a prize. The entry must NOT, in the sole discretion of Sponsor: Contain language that violates or infringes upon anothers rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement); Disparage Sponsor or its products or services, Sponsors competitors or their products or services, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes; Contain company names, product names, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use for this Sweepstakes; Contains the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any celebrities and/or other public or private figure, living or dead;

Contain language that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial or libelous; Contain language that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; Contain language that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws or regulations; and/or Contain language in which the Released Parties do not wish to associate themselves with, in their sole discretion.

Random Drawing/Prizes And Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Within one (1) business day after the Promotion Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period, in order to select three (3) potential winners. Once confirmed, as detailed below, each potential winner will receive one (1) Certificate for a Free Rocky Rococo large pizza. The ARV of each prize is eighteen dollars ($18). The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is fifty-four dollars ($54). The decisions of Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 6. Winner Notification/Acceptance: All potential winners must comply with these Official Rules as published in order to accept a prize and be confirmed as an official winner. Within one (1) business day after the random drawing, Sponsor or Administrator will notify the potential prize winners via a direct message from @rockyrococo to the potential prize winners Twitter Account used to enter the Promotion (note: in order to receive such direct message, you must (a) be following @rockyrococo and (b) may have to have your account settings set to unprotected or public). Upon notification or notification attempt, the potential winner(s) will be required to respond to such direct message accepting the prize and providing their physical mailing address for prize delivery purposes, within five (5) calendar days of such notification or notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected and notified. Sponsor will attempt to contact such potential prize winner(s) two (2) times during the five (5) calendar day period. If in any instance, notification attempt(s) for the potential prize winner(s) fail for any reason, or if a potential prize winner is found to have not complied with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries, if any. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the name, Twitter account information, actual or simulated likenesses, biographical information, city, state, opinions, and prize information of prize winner(s) in connection with the Promotion and the exploitation thereof (including, without limitation, for advertising and promotional purposes), in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all media, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Limitations of Liability: Participants, by participating in the Promotion, release and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death and bodily injury, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or participating in this Promotion or in any Promotion-related activity, whether sponsored, held by or paid for by a third party or by Sponsor. Governing Law and Venue: THE PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (JAMS RULES). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. 10. Privacy Policy: Any personally identifiable information collected during this Promotion will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Official. 11.
