FEATURE (Set) Transfer a Call CODE Use Flash key Use Flash key *2 How to. Ask caller to hold, press Flash to get new dial tone. Dial required extension. For unannounced transfer, hang up or stay on the line and announce the call to the person receiving it then hang up. Caller is transferred as soon as you hang up. Ask caller to hold, press Flash to get new dial tone. Dial required extension. When third party answers press Flash again and all parties can speak. Lift handset, dial *2 then the number you are diverting to. Wait for the confirmation tone (beeeeep), hang up. Diversion is set. This feature over-rides Call forward BUSY & NO ANSWER (note1). Lift handset, dial *3 then the number you are diverting to. Wait for the confirmation tone (beeeeep), hang up. Diversion is set (note1). Lift handset, dial *0 then the number you are diverting to. Wait for the confirmation tone (beeeeep), hang up. Diversion is set (note1). Called extension rings busy. Press FLASH then *7 and wait for confirmation tone (beeeeep). Hang up. Your phone will ring first, then your callers. On hearing a colleagues extension ringing, lift your handset and dial *1. If the extension will not answer, it is not programmed into your group. On hearing a known extension number ringing, lift your handset and dial #4 and their extension number.

Conference Call Set Call Forward ALL. (Calls will divert immediately handset will not ring) Set Call Forward on NO ANSWER. (Calls will divert after approx 4 rings) Set Forward on BUSY. (Calls will divert when extension is busy) Set Call Back (Makes a busy extension ring you back when its free) Group Pickup.
