They are used to cover the costs of maintaining the streetscapes and providing funds for the Architectural Control Committee to ensure our neighborhood remains an attractive place to live. Newsletters, welcome baskets for new homeowners, dumpsters for Clean UP Day and neighborhood improvement projects are also paid for with your dues. ____Yes! I want to join/renew my membership.
