Nae Ue rm Lr) oT) PAPERWORK— OTHERS CAN HELP TAKE CARE OF IT Much of the effort to manage the paperwork of a team can be done by members of the Varsity team committee. They have a vested interest in seeing that the team succeeds. Accepting responsibility for a large share of keeping records, complet: ing charter renewals, and tracking financial affairs keeps them closely connected with the activities of the team. Their involvement also frees time for the Varsity Coach and assis- tant Varsity Coaches to devote to being with the young men. Other sources of help in matters of records and paperwork are a team’s unit commissioner and district executive. Ca CT)
