    ~ High Productivity

    Unmotivated staff will be reluctant to perform effectively and quickly and will offer nothing other than the absolute minimum of what is expected .

    ~ Low Absenteeism
    Highly motivated staff will not fell like lazy to go for work . However they are willing to finish their job nicely . Thus , the rate of absenteeism will decrease .

    ~ Low Labour Turnover


    Highly motivated staff will be keen to stay with the firm , this will reduce the cost of labour turnover .

    They will be more likely to offer useful suggestion and to contribute in ways other than their contractual obligation .

    They will often actively seek for promotion and responsibility .
