Ingredients

Rice,boiled Olive oil Onion ,chopped Carrot,cut into thin strips Green capsicum,deseeded & chopped Red capsicum,deseeded & chopped Yellow capsicum,deseeded & chopped Tomato,chopped Soy sauce Chilli sauce Spring onion greens,chopped Salt
Method

2 cups 2 tablespoons 1 medium 1/2 medium 1 medium 1/2 medium 1/2 medium 1 medium 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon 2 stalks to taste

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion, carrot, green, red and yellow capsicums, tomato, soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix. Add boiled rice and mix. Add spring onion leaves and salt and toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
