    TO: Mr. Jarod FROM: Saravanan DATE: March 19, 2012 RE: Regarding your reinstatement of pay Our company has lot of growing opportunity. Though your performance still now is outstanding I was forced to take this decision because of your behavior. As our productivity began to slip I have already sent memo to everyone to limit the usage of computer only for designing works and not for personal usage and it would be monitored, as one of the reasons for the productivity going down. I have always encouraged you with increments when your works were good .But inspite of being already informed about the computer usage you were spending 50% to 70% of the time surfing the sites unrelated to job I need to take this action and I cant reinstate your pay and see to that you are not repeating the same again .I always expect your best work for the company as you have been doing initially.
