Then we have to set the sample on the Board After that we have to separate some yarn from the selvedge of the sample Then we have to set the counting glass on the fabric for analyzing the weave Design, EPI, PPI etc. And Also we to draw the design drafting plan, Lifting plan on the Graph paper.

Precautions: i. ii. iii. iv. Remarks: i. By the above experiment we found that actual Ends per inch, Pick per inch and Weave structure, Also get Repeat size from the Weave structure, And also other parameters are gets as possible if the others instrument is Available. The sample from the fabric should cut identically The counting should set carefully on the sample The repeat size should be taken carefully EPI, PPI should be count carefully
