Overview This is a perfect opportunity for a graduate or PhD student to make use of their Engineering Skills; the position is also open to people with the right experience. The work will involve research and development of Kalman filtering for inertial navigation systems, combined with GPS, vision and other aiding devices. Tasks will include mathematics, programming in C. Company Information Oxford Technical Solutions is a small company that manufactures electronic instruments to enable research teams to test cars. Customers include the testing departments of Ford, VW, Renault, Nissan, Volvo, etc. Almost all our customers are international and sales are made through international agents and distributors. Our products use precision accelerometers and angular rate sensors. We design high accuracy electronics to convert the analogue measurements to digital values and we process the data on embedded PC processors. Position This is a position in our growing Research and Development department. This is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week. Based in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire.
