Title : Analysis on LNG (liquefied natural gas)

Research Methodology :
Research Design 1.Target population : People driving diesel segment four wheeler vehicle. 1. Nature of study: The nature of this research is descriptive. Descriptive research is non experimental in that it deals with relationships between non manipulated variables in a natural rather than artificial setting. Since the events or conditions have already occurred or exist, relevant variables are merely selected for an analysis of their relationships. 2. Source of Information: Primary Data: Primary data was collected from people who drive vehicle daily of Ahmedabad and Baroda city with the use of structured questionnaires. Research Instrument A questionnaire is used as a data collection instrument for collecting the Primary data by taking references of four wheeler owners. A questionnaire consists of various questions in a structured format. Sampling plan Sampling method: Non probability method Sampling instrument: Structured questionnaire The sample size is 100.

Analysis of the plan After the data have been collected, the researcher turn to the task of analyzing the data collected from the fields, which include, Editing Coding Tabulation Editing A system of checking and verifying that questionnaires were properly completed and accurate to the respondents best knowledge. Coding A process used to quantify data so that it can be used to statistical analysis and data processing. Tabulation Tabulation is a part of the technical procedures other in the classified data are put in to table. There are main two methods of tabulation and percentage comparison. For analyzing the data simple Percentage comparison method is used because it is an easier way to Accurate result. Here various applications of Microsoft Excel are used to Interpret and analyze the data.

Objective : The major objective of the project was to understand the awareness and impact of LNG on consumers. The various objectives were as follows :
Awareness of LNG on consumers. To understand the impact of LNG on environment. To understand the possibility of LNG in Indian market. To understand the consumers acceptability for LNG. To bring out best substitute for the fuel.

Research Problem : To find out the consumer behaviour for the launch of LNG in the market as the substitute of fuel. Statistical tools used :
