ANSWER: The assignment between event in the controller and message on TD200 is set with STEP7/Micro-Win V3.1. Proceed as follows:

In STEP 7/MicroWin V3.1 select the menu item "Tools > TD200 Wizard...". Now select "Next" until you get to the window where you set: - the start address of the parameter block - the start address of the release marker (i.e. message release bit) by which the messages are activated by the controller - the address as of which the message information (texts, data) is stored. Note: The address area that you project here is always located in the variables memory (V). The table shows the assignment between message release bit and message number that is displayed when the corresponding marker has "status 1". 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 .. 15 16 17

With the "Next" button you get to the window in which you can now configure message "1 of n". Position the cursor on the first text field and enter the message text. The window of message "1 of n" indicates as of which byte (VB) the message text is stored, i.e. the start address of the message. And which message release bit "1" in the user program of the S7 controller it has to be for the message to be displayed.
