I hereby taken over the vacant and peace full possession of the above

I hereby declared that I have not refund of Deposit Money of

the above named tenant which was received by me as per Rent Agreement
dated _______________ due to my some financial problems. However I will refund of
above mentioned Deposit Money of Rs. ______________ (Rupees
_________________________ to the Tenant on or before ________________ 2008.

I further declared that there are no liabilities of Government in connection

with above house till today and the tenant has been cleared all the liabilities whatsoever

i.e. payment of Telephone, Electric bills etc. or Rent payment in connection with the
