Mobile Notice Board is a SMS based notice board / bulletin board service Users can create Notice Board groups (group names) and add mobile numbers to them Other mobile users can subscribe to those Notice Groups When the Notice Board authorized user updates the Notice Board, all the users in that Notice Board will receive the message on SMS

Any mobile user can create a Notice Board by sending a SMS command to a designated SMS short code

Notice Boards are identified by unique names

Notice Boards can be,

Open to any mobile user to subscribe to

Subscription restricted Push or Pull based Notice Board

Notice Board Creator

Send SMS to create

create lions restrict pull This will create a new Notice Board named lions The Subscription to the Notice Board will be restricted. Only the creator will be able to add users. Users will have to pull the Notice Board content by sending a SMS

The Creator can send a SMS message and Update the Notice Board

If the Notice Board is a Push type, all the users in the Notice Board will receive a SMS will the updated message If the Notice Board is a Pull type, when the users pull next time, the updated message will come

Notice Board Updater

Users are interested to receive the Notice Board message If the Notice Board is a Subscription based one, the User can send a SMS and Subscribe to the service.
