    Hodson Bay to host meeting with CIF

    Roscommon construction companies will have the opportunity discuss the state of the industry locally and how the economic downturn is continuing to affect them in a special briefing meeting with the Construction Industry Federation
    to (CIF).

    All CIF members from Offaly, Westmeath, Laois and Roscommon have been invited to attend the information session which will be held the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone on Tuesday 3rd April at 10 am. Speaking ahead ofthe meeting, CIF Director General Tom Parlon stated: "It's been a very difficult period for construction companies operating in Roscommon. The level of activity in the construction sector has collapsed in the last five years. That is why we wanted to organise this meeting for Roscommon construction companies and all our members operating in the

    region."
