    Having worked as a Theatre Producer for 5 years within academic and amateur shows, I am now aiming to take my skills into the professional world, with the aim of becoming a Producer for a touring company within either the commercial or subsidized fields. Company Director and Producer June 2011 current, Organised Crime Theatre, Essex Firsthand experience of setting up a professional business. Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, liaising with businesses. Sound experience of key skills such as budgeting, marketing and licensing. Experience of casting, fundraising and business proposals. Solid awareness of target markets; educated instinct on what appeals to which market. Experience of having several projects on at once.
