    Sindri cement works is one of the unit of ACC ltd. Company, manufacturing one commodity which is cement. As my report I, knew about the inventory management and control in ACC Company. I learned how to store the goods (finished goods and raw materials) and function of finance department that consist of different sections. Each of the different unit of cement industry has its own financial rules and regulation. Increase in production capacity of this unit is helps the Indian economy to grow.

    CONCLUSIONS

    Sindri cement works is one of the unit of ACC ltd. Company, manufacturing one commodity which is cement. As my report I, knew about the inventory management and control in ACC Company. I knew about the finished product (cement and there varieties) and raw materials used. I learned how to store the goods (finished goods and raw materials) and function of finance department that consist of different sections. I knew, about the process of purchasing in ACC cement (Sindri cement works). Each of the different unit of cement industry has its own financial rules and regulation. I knew that, each year production of this unit (Sindri cement works) is increasing. This year its production capacity reached from 6 to 10 lakhs ton P.A. . So, increase in production capacity of this unit is helps the Indian economy to grow faster.
