Design for Safety

Safe Design Principles

1)Safe-life design principles
a) b) c) d) Attach mounting rubber between chassis and tyre joint. Chassis was painted with anti paint rust for corrosion resistance. Therefore, able further extended chassis resilience . Cushion wrapped with anti material oil, thick and more resilience so that cushion will not tear easily. Creeper made from high resilience material, so the creeper can survive with hard labour and survive with older

2) Fail-Safe design principles

a) Using more quantity of beam which meet their specs at critical point in the chassis design in term to give more support and backup in case have failure from other beam. Using high quality nut and bolt so that not easily damaged and loose. e.g ; Castle nut and cotter pin. Stainless steel nut and bolt. Using dowel pin to guide the Creeper with the chassis from falling off bolt and nut and separating the connection.
