Application for Honors Student Advisory Council Position 2012-2013 DUE: Friday, May 25, 2012 The Honors

Student Advisory Council (HSAC) consists of five members: President, Vice President, Event Coordinator, Campus Outreach Chair, and Public Relations Chair. 2012-2013 President: Patricia Hampton 2012-2013 Vice President: Nikki Linn The following are the descriptions for Honors Student Advisory Council positions open for the 2012-2013 academic year: Event Coordinator: Take attendance at each event and program and provide to the Vice President Reserving rooms for events and programs Determining set for reserved rooms Determining and reserving additional equipment for events and programs Organizing set-up before events Submitting orders to Sodexo for events and programs Coordinating fundraising efforts Campus Outreach Chair: Take photos of events Make available for documentation and promotion Promote and make scrapbooks for public viewing Attend monthly meetings Coordinate creation and posting of on campus promo for events Coordinate event publicity with Student Union Building Office for TVs, Rimrock Caf tables, Campus Leak Coordinate event publicity with University Relations Attend Preview Days and Orientations Public Relations Chair: Coordinate with the Office of Community Involvement (Service Saturdays, etc.) Promote the Honors Club and its events within the community Publicize Honors Club events through
