ITINERARY
Day 1 Arrive in Denver Welcome to Denver. Explore the Mile High City on your own this evening. Day 2 Denver - Rapid City Meet your Tour Director this morning and head north to Wyoming, then continue into the Black Hills. At 6 pm, meet your traveling companions for a welcome drink. Your Tour Director will prepare you for your upcoming adventure. (Breakfast) Day 3 Rapid City After an orientation tour of Rapid City, visit CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL, built in honor of the fearless Sioux Indian chief whose fame is derived from the Battle of the Little Bighorn. Afterward, explore MOUNT RUSHMORE NATIONAL MEMORIAL, which features the monumental likenesses of four U.S. presidentsWashington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Theodore Rooseveltcarved on the face of a mountain. Maybe stroll along the Presidential Trail for more intimate views, or visit the Information Center. (Breakfast) Day 4 Rapid City - Deadwood - Sheridan This morning, enjoy a drive through BLACK HILLS NATIONAL FOREST and experience the areas colorful history with a guided tour of DEADWOOD, once a wild gold-mining town, and hear the stories of legendary Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane. Afterward, visit TATANKA to learn The Story of the Bison, and experience the richness of the Lakota people, a Plains Indian buffalo culture. Then, continue through the Black Hills to the cattle town of Sheridan at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 5 Sheridan - Little Bighorn Battlefield - Cody Journey this morning into southern Montana to visit LITTLE BIGHORN BATTLEFIELD, the site commemorating one of Americas most famous battles. Tour the battlegrounds where Custer was defeated by approximately 7,000 Lakota, Cheyenne, and Arapaho warriors, and visit the museum. Afterward, continue your scenic drive through the Bighorn Mountains, stopping at Shell Falls en route to Cody. (Breakfast) Day 6 Cody - Yellowstone National Park This morning, visit the BUFFALO BILL HISTORICAL CENTER, a fine museum of historic weapons and Western art. Then, continue through Shoshone National Forest to YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, established in 1872 as the worlds first national park, where wild animals roam freely in vast meadows and forest. Enjoy several photo stops along the way to your hotel, including world-famous Old Faithful Geyser. (Breakfast,Dinner) Day 7 Yellowstone National Park Spend the day exploring Yellowstone. Travel along Grand Loop Road to Fountain Paint Pots to see the bubbling mud. Continue on to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone with magnificent views of Yellowstone Canyon and the spectacular Lower Falls, almost twice as high as Niagara Falls. Next, stop at Mammoth Hot Springs and take a short trail walk through steaming limestone terraces. (Breakfast)

ITINERARY
Day 8 Yellowstone National Park - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson Journey south this morning into breathtaking GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK. Visit beautiful glacier-fed Jenny Lake at the foot of the rugged spires for a delightful walk along the shore before ending the day in the all-Western town of Jackson. This evening, travel by horsedrawn covered wagons into Cache Creek Canyon and experience dinner at the BAR T-5 CHUCK WAGON COOKOUT and Wild West show. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 9 Jackson Full day at leisure to enjoy this spectacular playground. Perhaps choose an optional float trip along the Snake River or stroll along the downtown boardwalks and enjoy a drink at one of the swing-door saloons. (Breakfast) Day 10 Jackson - Salt Lake City Todays journey continues alongside some of Wyomings most beautiful mountain ranges into Utah, home to five national parks. Arrive in Salt Lake City, founded by Brigham Young in 1847. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the capital city and its historic monuments before dinner tonight at historic Temple Square. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 11 Salt Lake City - Bryce Canyon National Park Today, travel through sagebrush landscape to BRYCE CANYON, a national park with a beauty all its own. Take a leisurely drive with photo stops to capture the bright red, yellow, and pink pillars called hoodoos. The balance of the day is at leisure and your overnight is at the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 12 Bryce Canyon National Park - Zion National Park - Lake Powell Travel to ZION NATIONAL PARK with its dramatic landscape of sculptured canyons and soaring cliffs resembling temples and cathedrals. With your sightseeing tour youll have an opportunity to experience the park up-close and personal. Then, continue into Arizona and the town of Page, nestled on the shores of Lake Powell. Appreciate its majestic beauty on an afternoon CRUISE to Glen Canyon Dam and the tapestry walls of Antelope Canyon. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 13 Lake Powell - Painted Desert - Grand Canyon National Park This morning, you may wish to join our optional flight over Monument Valley for a birds-eye view of the red sandstone monoliths, made famous by many Western movies and TV shows. Afterward, cross the Painted Desert with its ever-changing color scheme, and catch your first glimpse of the world-famous GRAND CANYON, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. An afternoon arrival allows plenty of free time to explore the canyon rim on your own. Be sure to take an evening stroll to savor the magnificent sunset. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 14 Grand Canyon National Park - Las Vegas For a once-in-a-lifetime experience, take our optional flightseeing tour over the Grand Canyon. Then, travel on part of legendary Route 66 to Las Vegas, one of Americas most famous cities. Enjoy a sightseeing tour while en route to your resort hotel, located in the heart of the Strip for easy access to all the mega-casinos and amusement parks. This evening, your Tour Director hosts a special farewell dinner. (Breakfast, Dinner) Day 15 Las Vegas Your vacation ends this morning as we depart for home. (Breakfast)

National Parks - Terms & Conditions


CREDIT CARDS: All major credit cards are accepted for final payment. 1st deposit of $1,450 must be by check or cash. Single supplement $1,250. AIR TRANSPORTATION: Is included and will be arranged in economy class from Orlando. Motorcoach transfers will be included roundtrip from Melbourne to Orlando. Air schedules are not available until approximately 4 to 8 weeks before departure. Flights can be arranged from other cities at lowest available fares. You will be advised if any additional fuel charges are assessed by the airline. You will be responsible for any additional costs. DOCUMENTS/FEES: U.S. Citizens are required to carry a Government issued photo I.D. such as a drivers license. Please let us know if you are a citizen of any other country. CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND REFUNDS: $500 per person for cancellations after deposit is received. Cancellations 89 - 75 days before departure will be charged $1,450 per person. Cancellations 74 to 31 days before departure will be charged 25% plus any air fees, 30 to 14 days before departure will be charged 50%, 13 to 1 days before departure will be charged 75%, day of departure and later - 100% of the total paid. Should you fail to complete the tour for any reason there are no refunds for unused features. An additional charge may apply for any alteration or revision you make to your reservation after deposit and/or final payment date. CANCELLATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE: To protect yourself before and during your trip against cancellation charges and medical emergencies, we offer group travel insurance as described below. Coverage includes trip cancellation up to the amount purchased, $30,000 emergency medical & dental, $100,000 emergency medical transportation, $1000 baggage, $200 baggage delay, $750 travel delay, $750 missed connection, 24 hour medical & travel assistance. A doctor must certify at a personal examination within 72 hours of cancellation that you are unable to travel and a statement to this effect will be required for cancellation coverage. The program WILL cover pre-existing conditions as long as the insurance is purchased at the time of your first deposit. All medical benefits are defined to be in excess of any other group or government insurance you maintain. A $50.00 deductible is charged for outpatient doctor visits. This is a brief description of coverage and a policy will be given to you with your documents. All terms & conditions are explained in this policy and it is your responsibility to read and understand the coverage you are purchasing. Other coverage desired can be purchased on an individual basis. Insurance is nonrefundable and non-transferable. ESCORT: Tour will be escorted by Joyce Hunter manager of Harbor City Travel & Tours with a minimum of 20 passengers. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Handling for 1 suitcase per person is included. You are also allowed one carry-on or flight bag that you will handle yourself. NOT INCLUDED: Accommodations and meals not stated in the itinerary, beverages, laundry and all other items of a personal nature, optional tours, etc. Increases due to abnormal cost fluctuations and/or circumstances beyond supplier control. Since airfares and their conditions are subject to change, other charges may apply. CHANGES TO ITINERARY: We reserve the right to vary itineraries, suppliers, vendors and substitute the best alternate features available. In the event of cancellation or alteration of supplier itineraries, Harbor City Travel & Tours does not assume responsibility. The passenger contract shall constitute the sole contract between carriers and purchasers of these tours & cruises. NOT A GUARANTEED GROUP: This is a group offer however we cannot guarantee the number of passengers that compose the group. Cobb Management, Inc., d/b/a Harbor City Travel & Tours shall not be liable for any act, error, omission, accident, damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause related to acts of third parties, including but not limited to any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportation services, changes of schedule, strikes or other conditions beyond the control of Harbor City Travel & Tours. All suppliers of services are independent and Harbor City Travel & Tours neither owns nor operates any of the suppliers of services. If any tour/ cruise must be withdrawn by Harbor City Travel & Tours prior to beginning travel date, Harbor City Travel & Tours liability is limited to a refund of monies received by us, exclusive of insurance. If any tour/cruise must be withdrawn due to carrier default, Harbor City Travel & Tours liability is limited to a refund of monies, if any, that has not yet been sent to the defaulting supplier.
