    GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANT AS FACILITATOR:

    1. Deadline of submission of application form is on May 13, 2012. Forms must be submitted at the Youth Desk of the Commission on Youth Diocese of Novaliches located at the Pastoral Office, 3rd Level of Saint Peter Parish between 9AM and 5PM. Just look for Czarina B. Palisoc (09276142781) and Charles Anthony B. Lim (09279101717). 2. You will know the result of your application on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. We will notify you through e-mail. 3. For those who will be qualified, Orientation and Training will be held on May 20, 2012 at the Saint Peter Parish Palace of the Rock from 9am to 5pm. Please bring ballpen and notebook. Qualified facilitators must attend the Orientation and Training. For those who will fail to attend the Orientation and Training, the organizing team will automatically remove them from the list. 4.
