Recipe:
1. Cook the Pasta: a. Bring water to boil b. Add tbsp olive oil & 1.5 tsp salt to the boiling water and wait for 15-20 sec c. Set a timer for 12 mins and add the pasta to water, every couple of minutes keep stirring d. After 12 minutes add the Main Ingredients Mix and let it cook for another 2 minutes e. Strain the water and keep pasta aside (spread in a dish to avoid sticking to each other) f. While Pasta is cooking start with the rest of the recipe 2. Take about 3 qrt pan on medium to high heat and add remaining olive oil, let it heat for 30 sec 3. Add Tadka mix 1, saut for 20 sec (till the seeds start bursting) 4. Add Tadka mix 2, saut for 30 sec (till it gets brown) 5. Add onion puree, saut till it gets brown or oil starts separating 6. Add turmeric, and mix it 7. Add butter, saut till it dissolves 8. Add Sauce mix, saut for 20 sec 9. Add tomato puree, saut for 2 min 10. Add 1 tsp Salt 11. Add Milk, mix well and bring to boil, let it boil for 10-15 sec 12. Add Mix of cooked pasta with main ingredient mix 13. Add cheese, mix entire contents in the pan well for 2-3 mins (until steam starts coming) 14. When you think its almost done switch off the heat 15. Add cream, mix well & Serve hot
