Upon successful application invoice and bank details will be sent Exhibitors manual will be provided after receiving payments. E-mail the relevant information in accordance with Participants manual to ief@sap.mn. Apply for Mongolian Business visa if required by Mongolia Immigration Regulation. And book the hotel. Participate in IEF 2012 Mongolia to promote your organization and recruit potential students.

Please read all the notes below before making the reservation:
1. Application deadline: There is no official deadline for booth application as far as there are booths available. However, exhibitor may miss the complementary Exhibition catalogue entry after Exhibition catalogue entry submission deadline on July 6, 2012. The application must be issued from institutions. A copy of the institutions authorization letter is required if the domestic agency is entrusted for registration, and the letter must be directly submitted by email from that authorizing institution, fax copy is not acceptable. A General Booth is usually a linear booth that has three partition walls, or other booth type assigned by the Organizer. The standard booth size is 3m x 2m, booth number 11 and 36 are 3m x 4m with at extra cost, booth number 44 and 45 are 3.5 x 2 with 2 partition walls. Each standard booth is equipped with basic fittings of space, partition walls up to three sides, and fascia board with exhibitors name in English, two information counters, four chairs, power supply (220V/5A) and two lights. Your Exhibitor Names provided in the application form will be used in all of our IEF 2012 Mongolia promotional materials such as booths fascia board, show directory entry etc. The Fair last two full days between 11am and 6pm on Sep 1, 2012 and Sep 2, 2012. Exhibitors are not allowed to carry out any promotion activities (e.g. distributing flyers or other promotion materials) outside their own booths. Promotion activities in passageways are strictly prohibited. All invoices shall be settled in USD unless prior consent is obtained. They must be settled by earlier of (a) 14 calendar days from the date of invoice(s) or (b) before July 6, 2012. Any overdue bookings may be cancelled without prior notice. Bank transfer fees and additional bank charges are excluded in the invoice. All subsequent cancellation requests must be made in writing. No refund shall be made if the cancellation request is made on or after June 29, 2012 and 50% charge shall be levied if the request is made between June 15 , 2012 and June 29, 2012 (both dates inclusive).
