Culture shock is a common problem faced by an employee who comes from a different culture or a different country. As a senior employee in a Japanese Company, you are requested to: Brief your new colleague about your company structure and culture. Explain the different management styles and leadership approaches and highlight which approach is used by your company to the colleague.

Gaining an awareness of an organizations culture is necessary for continued diverse growth. the term culture shock is used to denote the anxiety that results from losing all our familiar signs and symbols. Anxiety and stress occur when people encounter difficulties adjusting to the new culture, not being able to communicate with other people in the society or struggling with learning the new language.
