Communication channel{ follow the laid down channel} 5. Respect {both workmates and customers} 6. Dress code {descent and appealing} 7. Time {good time keeping and punctuality} 8. Hygiene{prioritize on cleanliness both individually and the salon as a whole} 9. Absenteeism {communication incase of any absenteeism} 10. Good public relations 11. Professionalism {work output} 12. Disciplinary action upon failure to adhere to the rules and the latter application. 13. All the cash should be handled by the receptionist {customers to strictly pay at the counter} 14. In case of the absence of the receptionist, all the cash should be handled by one of the members and be noted down. 15. Proper care and handling of salons property {responsibility} 16. In case one wants to go for an off proper channel should be followed. 17. All the lights should be switched off after the closure of the salon. This is inclusive of all the electrical appliances. 18. Flexibility { all employees} 19. Working hours {8:00am-8:00 pm} (the receptionist should be at the salon by 7.30am) 20. Gossiping and idol talk (not allowed)
