Source of business idea

The vendors selling the same at Rajendra nagar point and at various points inspired me to try the idea as I find that the profit margin could be quite convincing also the season permits the sale even more.

Target customers

All the students as well as the profs. And the staff members in the premise

Promotional activities

We tried to convince people and also distributed discont coupons in order to move people to our stall.

Challenges and problems


Budget is

too low Price fixation was a big issue. Different views of group members. Attracting people was quite challenging

Problem overcome
We

purchased our raw material from where we can get the best within budget limits. We consulted with the faculty members as well as with the vendors in order to get optimal margin per plate. We distributed discount coupons in order to attract customers.

Key learnings
About the marketing and selling challenges. Females customer were hard to convert. Mainly boys were the main customer. Free services to customers. Door to door selling.
