d the internship programme 2011 designed to offer winning careers at its affiliated companies for outstanding students and fresh graduates. Since entering Vietnam market, Lotte Group has organized big recruitment named Management Trainnee Programme annually to develop potential fresh graduates into
future leaders. This years recruitment is the 4th one and also the first time the group offer internship programme.

Lottemart, an affiliated company of Lotte Group, with the vision to be the No.1 retailer in asia by 2018, has recruited 11 young talented people from many different universities such as University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Foreign Trade University to intern at Marketing, Merchandising, Human Resources and Tenant Deparment. Selected interns will be provided with an internship offer for a period of 10 weeeks since February 27th, with a chance to interact with a professional working environment, help indentify the future course of your career and give a meaningful insight into the function they already chosen for themselves. Besides, the programme helps interns build relationships
with clients and co-workers and get the chance to be mentored by some of the most experienced professionals in the company.

Upon successful assessment at the end of internship, selected interns may be eligible to join Lotte 2012 Management Trainee Program and have an opportunity to be trained in Korea 9 months and become future leaders.
