Travelers click is a new portal which provides for the agents in the Bond Line of business to issue low risk bonds. A set of legacy systems are currently managed by underwriters to issue bonds. To save underwriter time, bonds with risk level 1-4 for bond type miscellaneous surety can be issued using Travelers click. The program is implemented in stages with new business transactions first followed by Policy change, renewals, and cancellation transactions. The Travelers click portal displays the Base Premium and Net Annual Premium which is generated by a rating engine based on the values entered by the agent. The portal supports billing the agency or directly to the customer. Clients will pay the invoice amount in order to have the policy active. Billing tracks the dollar flow across the portfolio. Loss Sensitive Billing is one of the five portfolios of the Billing. Here the billing is based on the Losses, the clients actually incur. The initial pricing is done through LSP (Loss Sensitive Pricing) and after a specified period of time, the Loss Sensitive billing application, calculate the bills using the Loss data provided by the Loss Database. The Premium calculation and invoicing is based on actual Losses incurred.
