Project Selection & Feasibility Study

Here the main requirements for the system are given and the system analyst checks if the new system will be worth it money wise if the technology exists and social impacts

Present System Study and Analysis

The analyst analysis the manual system if it exists by interviewees, questioners, observations, etc, which are done to the company or shop owner and/or users

Design of New Computerized System

The outputs, inputs and processes for the new system are designed, such as flowcharts for the new system

Programming & Documentation

At this stage the program is written and tested. Also the documentations i.e. users, program and technical documentations.

Implementation & Change over Methods

The new systems program is installed in the hardware where its going to be used and a change over method from direct, parallel or phased is decided with the companys/shops owner

Control & Review

During this stage the new system is rechecked while working in the company/shop if required necessary Amendments are made

System Maintenance
When required maintenance is done in the new system until another new system will be required. This is the longest stage of systems analysis
