Introduction:This is Yamini Agrawal pursuing MBA (Finance) in Christ University, Bangalore for the year 2011-2013. I am in 3rd trimester now and in 2013 beginning I will be struggling for a decent job in the area of finance. In middle 2013, probably I will join some reputed company and start serving for the company. My Objectives for 2013:1. To get a decent job in the banking sector by 2013. 2. Strive to serve the company as per its expectation. KRA, KPA, KPI in 2013:Key Result Area refers to general areas of outcomes or outputs for which the department's role is responsible. Key Performance Area refers to the activities to be done by individual or group to achieve goals of KRA. Key Performance Indicator includes numbers to manage KRA/KPA.
