M koteswarao of Sri Aditya Infra Houseing india pvt ltd said that most of the developers are actively transacting residential plots in the range of about Rs 6500 to Rs 8500 per sq. yards, depending upon location, approach, gated facility, VGTM UDA or private approval etc. It is about Gannvaram from the city on Vizag road. It is at the center of Vijayawada and Eluru and well connected by rail and road. Further he added that locality has appreciation potential of 50 to 100% within next 2 years. Presently only investors are active in the market thinking about the future returns. There are plans to connect the locality with Greater Vijayawada (to be extended upto Gannvaram). In last one year it has already seen an appreciation of about 100%. Due to its location and neighbourhood industry, this locality has lot of potential from investment perspective.
