Opening
The regular meeting of the 31 Aces was called to order at 7:08 pm on April 1, 2012 in VMobile IBC Calamba by President Larry Villegas. Opening prayer and sharing by Pastor Edgar Malabrigo. Mr. Villegas mentioned that we have a quorum from our previous meeting of March 2, 2012 during the Team Building at Dona Jovita Garden Resort and therefore the Minutes of the Meeting of the aforementioned date were approved.
II.
Marketing Strategies
Mr. Villegas mentioned that we will have 100% effort on survey follow-up. We will also need to create an online survey form both in Facebook and our 31 Aces website. Further, request your proposal letters from Mr. Gallego whenever any team member needs to contact any church, cooperative, business owners and head of organizations. 31 Aces team member needs to secure a hard date appointment schedule with their respective contacts upon delivering the letter. The team was further encouraged to conduct a house to house meeting strategy for those who have challenges on coming to VMobile IBC Calamba. In this situation, our Technopreneur contacts will be the one setting up the Business Orientation Meeting (BOM) at their location. There are several follow-up which needs to be undertaken by our team members and were reminded to do them in the soonest time. Mr. Villegas also reminded the team about explaining and promoting the Power of 7 and 15 for organization prospects that we might have. Mr. Estrito mentioned that the team is set to present to Ms. Angelica Jones and Mr. Marco Sison.

III. 31 Aces Website

Ms. Mimi Baula presented the newly programmed website of VMobile 31 Aces at www.31AcesVMobile.com. The domain is good for one (year). The webpage is now published and can be accessed. There are two (2) pages dedicated only for the 31 Aces and the team under 31 Aces, which are FOR MEMBERS and SUPPORT tabs respectively. Passwords on these 2 secured pages are available upon request but were disclosed to those attendees of this particular meeting. There would be occasions when these passwords will be changed. There will be another page for the Finance Report and will be available in FOR MEMBERS tab. The website is 90% complete pending the training videos which will be uploaded to the SUPPORT tab. These videos will be taped by Mr. Mc Estrito. According to Ms. Dalago, the team purchased a multimedia projector for P13,000.00 which was taken from account distribution of the previous 30% income distribution on investment of the team per signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The Monthly Financial Reports will be available in our website. Ms. Dalago is in the process of organizing the report all together.

Bank Account Sub-Dealership Program

Ms. Dalago mentioned that we will be opening a bank account and is considering several banks - BDO Calamba has a P2,000 maintaining balance; BPI charges P50 to open an ATM account and checks take 3 days of clearing. This will be looked upon in details and will be discussed on the next meeting.
VI.
Per Mr. Estrito, VMobile IBC Calamba is open to offering a sub-dealership program to those who qualify. This program is specially intended for the benefit of the members under the 31 Aces team who reside quite a distance from VMobile IBC Calamba. The conditions of qualifications are the following: 1. The sub-dealer shall be recommended by any of the 31 Aces Member as credible. 2. There is a quota of P5,000 loadwallets replenishment at least every 3-4 days. a. The loadwallets can be replenished right away by calling IBC Calamba after a deposit to office's account has already been made. If the quota has not been met by the subdealer for the 4 time, the sub-dealership will be revoked. b. The sub-dealer can earn 1% from the loadwallets sold from their respective location. 3. There is a minimum initial purchase of 10 kits at P3,888.00 each (total of P38,880) wherein the sub-dealer will earn P100 for every kit sold. 4. An agreement shall be signed by both VMobile IBC Calamba and the sub-dealer.

IX. New BOM Presentation Slides
ACoS
Mr. Estrito presented the new BOM Presentation PowerPoint slide which will be used by the 31 Aces. This presentation also has a corresponding flip chart which will go on sale for P250-P300 to those who do not have a computer. According to Mr. Estrito, we are going back to the 'old school' basic training in building teams with corporate concept. This was incorporated in the presentations and trainings for the 31 Aces Team Members.

Per Mr. Estrito, a VMobile 31 Aces T-Shirt will be awarded to members who have completed the following: Has completed the 3 business modules Has 10 Technopreneurs each on their A and B teams
XI.
Members' Status
Two (2) of the 31 Aces Members (Mr. Vilmore Flores and Mr. Nildo Dumangas) have not been active since the team was formed. It was, therefore, the intention of the team per our MOA to have them replaced. More discussion to follow as it requires meeting with the concerned members.
