In pursuant to the General Plans of Action (GPOA) created by the Regional Executive Board, the
National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Region 12 (NFJPIA-RXII)
announces the conduct of the 15th Annual Regional Convention on April 17 – 23, 2022.

Enclosed in this document are the General Reminders and Guidelines and ARC Events for the
conduct of the Annual Regional Convention.

This memorandum shall take effect upon signing by the Regional Council President and
immediate dissemination is desired.

1. Upon entering the Zoom Cloud Meeting please change your nickname into the following
Regional Executive Officers: R12Position_FirstName (R12SecGen_Jessabelle)
Standing Committee Members: R12Committee_FirstName (R12RecDo_ Jessabelle)
Local Chapter Officers: School_Position_FirstName (MSU_LCP_Jessabelle)
Local Chapter Members: School_Member_FirstName (MSU_Member_Jessabelle)
2. Please turn off your microphones when it is not your turn to speak as to not add any
unnecessary noise and to avoid interruptions.
3. You are highly encouraged to open your camera and extend your participation.
4. If you have queries and concerns during the event, you may raise them through the in-call
