BACKGROUND
NFJPIA-R3 aims to promote socio-civic and cultural consciousness among JPIAns through
social, economic, environmental, and cultural development projects as stated in Section 3,
Article IV of the 2021 Constitution and By-Laws of the National Federation of Junior
Philippine Institute of Accountants – Region 3. The E-JPIAlympics is an important event for
the development of JPIAns in non-academics. Through the events included in E-JPIAlympics,
JPIAns will have the opportunity to showcase their talent in electronic sports and analytical
games such as mind games and other online platform for non-academic events.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
1. To build camaraderie and establish one unified NFJPIA-R3.
2. To showcase their talents and increase the interest of JPIAns in non-academic competitions.
3. To field teams that are skilled, disciplined, dedicated, and motivated to provide holistic
development to the members.
4. To promote a healthy lifestyle and teach the participants the importance of teamwork and
sportsmanship through various games and activities.
5. To provide online platforms to JPIAns that are stress-free and engaging for the participants.

E-JPIALYMPICS NON-ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS


The non-academic events in E-JPIAlympics shall be comprised of the following:

Olympus Ekklesia: Crusade to Avatar’s Throne


1. Mobile Legends: All-Out Warfare
2. Call of Duty Mobile: The Last Squad Standing
3. Call of Duty Mobile: Aces’ Domain
4. Chess Royals: Piece of the Elites

QUALIFICATIONS
1. The E-JPIAlympics is open to all bona fide members of the NFJPIA-R3 federation
year 2021-2022.
2. Each delegate can only join a maximum of two (2) events.
3. Official entries must be sent through the official email address of each Local
Chapter.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Each local chapter shall fill-out the E-JPIAlympics Master List to contain the
names of the participants for each E-JPIAlympics event. The pro-forma of the Master
List is to be provided by the Regional Council.

2. The E-JPIAlympics requirements must be included in the
25th RMYC Non-Academic League Requirements to be sent until
November 25, 2021 (Thursday).
3. Change of contestants for any of the Non-Academic Events shall be allowed provided
that it shall be communicated to the Regional Vice President for Non-Academics
until November 28, 2020 (Sunday) only and must immediately submit the
updated Master List Form. Failure to comply with the requirements would invalidate
the substitution of contestants.
4. In case of changes or substitution of participants, the updated Master List Shall be sent
on or before November 28, 2021 (Sunday).
5. The compressed master list file shall be sent to the following e-mail address:

6. Each Local Chapter must select and appoint a representative
(e.g., VP Non-Academics) who shall act as Liaison Officer. The Liaison Officer shall
perform the following functions:
a. Shall act as the main contact of the Regional Vice President for
Non-Academics to the Local Chapter.
b. The bona fide person is allowed to raise concerns, clarifications,
complaints and questions to the Non-Academics Committee and Regional
Council.
c. The Liaison Officer may not be substituted by any Local Chapter officer
or member.

GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND MECHANICS


1. All concerns, clarifications, complaints, or questions must be directly addressed
to the Regional Vice President for Non-Academics or to a duly assigned
officer after the competition by the Liaison Officer. Any concerns, clarifications,
complaints, or questions raised by any Local Chapter officer other than the Liaison
Officer shall not be entertained.
2. All submitted works, outputs and products of the competitions shall belong to
NFJPIA–R3.
3. Gross violation of this IRR shall merit a deduction of three (3) points from their total
average score on the event in which the violation was made. Any
unethical/unprofessional behavior or action from the contestant/s shall
automatically disqualify the contestant who committed the act in the E-
JPIALYMPICS 2021.

4. The Regional Council shall have the exclusive power to interpret the provisions of the
IRR and shall be vested with the power to give sanctions to any contestant who shall
violate any provisions in this IRR.
5. In case there are any concerns or protests which are not covered in this IRR, the
Regional Council shall have the absolute power and sole authority to decide
and interpret the implementing rules and regulations of the E-
JPIALYMPICS 2021 upon consultation with the Regional Adviser, on matters which
he deems necessary to preserve and protect the integrity of the event. Should there be
any ambiguity encountered by any party, such should be addressed on a timely basis.
The decision of the Regional Council shall be final and irrevocable.
6. The schedule, bracketing and event programme will be sent and released to the local
chapters not later than December 1, 2021 (Wednesday) provided that the teams
are complete and registered.

OLYMPUS EKKLESIA: CRUSADE TO AVATAR’S THRONE


MOBILE LEGENDS: ALL-OUT WARFARE
Mobile Legends: All-Out Warfare is an online tournament for JPIAn gamers and
E-Sports players. This tournament will serve as a platform for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
players to compete with their teams and showcase their talent in E-Sports.

1. Each Local Chapter shall only be allowed to send two (2) entries or two (2) teams
for this competition.
2. The team must consist of bona fide members of NFJPIA-R3. Only one team for
each player is allowed in this tournament.
3. The minimum player requirement is six (6): Five (5) for the game proper and one (1)
as a reserve player.
4. Username and game IDs of the players must be registered in the pro-forma
master list that will be provided by the council. Registered username must be
followed by their personal information such as Name and Local Chapter.
5. Each team shall assign a representative to act as the team captain. The team captain
will be the main contact of the Regional Council during the event proper.
6. Accounts that are not listed in the final master list submitted to the Regional Council
shall not be allowed to compete and shall be subjected to disqualification of the team.
7. Each player must have the official game application of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
8. Each team shall be given two (2) minutes to prepare for the match and five (5)
minutes grace period to complete the team players.
9. The team to first destroy their opponent’s base will be declared as the winning team.
The team to first reach the two (2) wins in a best-of-three (3) games will be given a
chance to proceed to the next round of the tournament. Bracketing will be used as the
formula for the game rounds.
10. The bracketing will be provided and announced to the participants once the official
teams have been completed.

11. The website of Challonge.com tournament bracket generator will be used to
generate team bracketing.
12. Draft Pick Custom game will be used as the game mode.
13. The conceding team will be declared as the losing team.
14. Screenshots after the game must be submitted to the NFJPIA-R3 council
for confirmation of the scores and the result of the game. The screenshots will also
serve as proof for the tabulation of scores.
15. Cheating is prohibited. Anyone who will be caught cheating in any form shall
automatically be disqualified.
16. Any queries with regards to IRR must be discussed with the council before the
tournament.

CALL OF DUTY MOBILE: THE LAST SQUAD STANDING


Call of Duty Mobile: The Last Squad Standing is a Battle Royale Mode tournament
which teams are field to compete in survival and strategic approach.

1. Each Local Chapter shall only be allowed to send two (2) entries or two (2) teams
for this competition.
2. The team must consist of bona fide members of NFJPIA-R3. Only one team for
each player is allowed in this tournament.
3. The minimum player requirement is six (6): Four (4) for the game proper and two (2)
as a reserve player.
4. Username and game IDs of the players must be registered in the pro-forma
master list that will be provided by the council. Registered username must be
followed by their personal information such as Name and Local Chapter.
5. Each team shall assign a representative to act as the team captain. The team captain
will be the main contact of the Regional Council during the event proper.
6. Accounts that are not listed in the final master list submitted to the Regional Council
shall not be allowed to compete and shall be subjected to disqualification of the team.
7. Each player must have the official game application of Call of Duty: Mobile.
8. Each team shall be given two (2) minutes to prepare for the match and five (5)
minutes grace period to complete the team players.
9. The following guidelines shall be observed in determining the winners:
 Last Surviving Team: Champion
 2nd Last Surviving Team: 1st Runner-Up
 3rd Last Surviving Team: 2nd Runner-Up

The surviving and winning teams shall be determined through spectators, official
result from the game, screenshots from the participants and tabulation of scores.
10. The tournament will be composed of two (2) rounds.
 Elimination Round – all teams will join a one (1) Battle Royale Mode
game and shall compete by team. The top five (5) teams shall proceed to the
final round.
 Final Round – the top (5) five teams shall compete in the final round. The
winners and rankings shall be based on the provision no. 9 of the Call of Duty
Mobile: The Last Squad Standing Rules and Mechanics.

Note: Elimination and Final round will consist of one (1) game each.

11. Battle Royale Mode will be used as the game mode.


12. Screenshots after the game must be submitted to the NFJPIA-R3 council
for confirmation of the scores and the result of the game. The screenshots will also
serve as proof for the tabulation of scores.
13. Cheating is prohibited. Anyone who will be caught cheating in any forms will be
automatically disqualified.
14. Any queries with regards to IRR must be discussed with the council before the
tournament.

CALL OF DUTY MOBILE: ACES’ DOMAIN

Call of Duty Mobile: Ace’s Domain is a Multiplayer Battle Mode Tournament which aims
to field participants and players to compete in a team play, strategic and mass multimedia
arena.

1. Each Local Chapter shall only be allowed to send two (2) entries or two (2) teams
for this competition.
2. The team must consist of bona fide members of NFJPIA-R3. Only one team for
each player is allowed in this tournament.
3. The minimum player requirement is six (6): Five (5) for the game proper and one (1)
as a reserve player.
4. Competing teams in the Call of Duty Mobile: The Last Squad Standing shall be allowed
to join the Call of Duty Mobile: Aces’ Domain tournament,

5. Username and game IDs of the players must be registered in the pro-forma
master list that will be provided by the council. Registered username must be

CHESS ROYALS: PIECE OF THE ELITES


Chess Royals: Piece of the Elites is an online chess game for R3JPIAn board games players.
This event will serve as a platform to showcase their analytical and cognitive skills in mind
games such as Chess Royale.

1. Each Local Chapter shall only be allowed to send two (2) entries or
two (2) participants for this competition.
2. Participants from Local Chapters must be a bona fide member of NFJPIA-R3
and will compete individually.

3. Each player must have the official game application of Chess.com. Participants can
download the application via Google Play Store for android OS or App Store for iOS.
4. Players’ name must be in <Local Chapter Code>_<Surname> format. In the case
of there are two (2) similar surnames with similar Local Chapter, the player must add
his/her initial after his/her surname.
5. Players shall add their opponents and spectators in the game application before joining
to the game proper. The player’s request or invitation will be sent via
challenge link that will be provided by the application. The challenge link can also
be sent via Messenger application.
6. Each participant shall be given two (2) minutes to prepare for the match and
five (5) minutes grace period to join in the game.
7. Custom Game shall be the primary game mode to be used. In creating the custom
game, the following settings must be observed:
 Time: Rapid – 20 mins
 Type: Standard
 Rated Game: Off
 Play as: Random Color Pick
8. Bracketing will be used as the formula for the game rounds.
9. The website of Challonge.com tournament bracket generator will be used to
generate player bracketing.
10. Singe Elimination will be used as the bracketing mode. Single Elimination mode
shall mean one (1) lose-out.
11. The player who will surrender will be declared as the losing player.
12. Screenshots after the game must be submitted to the NFJPIA-R3 council
for confirmation of the scores and the result of the game. The screenshots will also
serve as proof for the tabulation of scores.
13. Cheating is prohibited. Anyone who will be caught cheating in any form will be
automatically disqualified.
14. Any queries with regards to IRR must be discussed with the council before the
tournament.

ENFORCEMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS


1. It shall be the primary duty of the Regional Vice President for Non-Academics to
effectively enforce the provisions of this Implementing Rules and Regulations. The
Council also has the sole right to interpret the contents of this Implementing Rules and
Regulations and their decision will be binding and irrevocable.
2. The Regional Adviser or his duly designated representative shall act as legal adviser to
the Regional Vice President for Non-Academics and the Council and shall render legal
assistance as may be necessary in carrying out the provisions of this Implementing
Rules and Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OR REVISIONS
1. The Council shall be vested with the exclusive power to revise, update, and amend the
Implementing Rules and Regulations.
2. Any amendments to or revisions to this Implementing Rules and Regulations may be
proposed by any member of any Local Chapter upon a written request of such member,
stating the reasons thereto.
3. Any request for amendments and revisions as well as proposed amendments must
initially be reviewed by the Regional Vice President for Non-Academics then to be
forwarded to the Regional Executive Officers for discussion, editing and final approval
and to be noted by the Regional Adviser.
4. The Regional Executive Officers shall have the right to debunk any proposed revisions
and amendments, submitted to them by the Regional Vice President for Non-
Academics, which are deemed unnecessary. The final decision on any inclusions and
exclusions to this Implementing Rules and Regulations must be determined by a
majority vote of all Regional Executive Officers in which the Regional Vice President
for Non-Academics is included.
5. Amendments to provisions in this Implementing Rules and Regulations shall be
allowed provided that such amendments will be communicated to stakeholders at least
two weeks before it could take effect.

SEPARABILITY CLAUSE
If any clause, provision, paragraph or part of this Implementing Rules and Regulations shall
be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect, invalidate, or impair
any other part hereof, but shall be merely confined to the clause, provision, paragraph, or part
directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment has been rendered.

REPEALING CLAUSE
Any rule and regulation or resolution or part/s thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this
Implementing Rules and Regulations are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

EFFECTIVITY
This Implementing Rules and Regulations shall take effect immediately after its presentation
and approval from an online Assembly, Promulgated in Capas, Tarlac this 12th day of October
2021.
