Look in the Captains Quarters, on the table. Inside the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, look in Astrids room for the stone. This stone can only be found while completing the With Friends Like These or Destroy The Dark Brotherhood quests. To gain these quests, you must join the Dark Brotherhood by killing an innocent NPC. The stone can be found in Thalmors Embassy, while completing the Diplomatic Immunity quest for Delphin in Riverwood. While in the embassy, look in Elenwens Solar. The dungeon of Fellglow Keep can be found east-northeast of Whiterun. Look on the counters of the workroom to find this stone.A cave called Stony Creek Cave can be found north of Ansilvund, southeast of Windhelm. Look in the area where you encounter the Bandit Wizard. The creepy tomb called Ansilvund, in Eastmarch, contains a stone near where you encounter Fjori inside the burial chambers. Search the master bedroom of the Black Briar Lodge in Riften.
