Competition is more because of a number of factories in Ghandao, Ekha gound and Warsak road . Competition is more because of same product .

there are many suppliers and one customer. The customers set the prices . The customers need variety of products. Customers are attracted through different sizes of tiles.

Its market is also effected by tiles e.g. Master and china tiles .

Bargaining Power of Suppliers

Before 2003 when only ziarat and mulagore marble were available and the suppliers were few so exert different forces e.g. prices were high and supply was not on time. The main supplier at that times were doctor, Zareen malik and Subadar.

After spenke tange mines opening supply is more and on time with reasonable prices .now loaded trucks are available in Ghaebe and Insaf khanta Ekha gound.

Threat of New Entrants


Possibility of new entrants is more which also effect competition . Entry is easy but getting market share is difficult . Exit is also easy thats why new entrants are more .
