JNT University Hyderabad Academic & Planning Request for Substitute Subjects of Odd Semesters (i.e. II-I, III-I & IV-I Sem. of B.Tech./ B.Pharm) for the academic year 2012-2013 Reg. *** The Principals of all Affiliated Colleges of JNTUH are hereby requested to furnish the complete details of readmitted students, requesting for substitute subjects for the odd semesters (II-I, III-I and IV-I semesters) for the academic year 2012-13, on or before 13.07.2012 in the following format only: For substitute subjects: Sl No Course: Name & H.T. No. B.Tech / B.Pharm 1 2 The above formats must be completed as specified, and mail to dapjntuh@gmail.com on or before 13.07.2012. The Principals are also requested to note the following: 1. Scanned copies of relevant marks memos of the candidate must be attached along with application. (students who are studying more than one academic regulations i.e. before (R07) must be produced all the marks memos) 2. Lateral Entry students should be specified and produced all the marks memos. 3. All applications must be sent to JNTUH from the Principals only and in the specified format. 4. List of substitute subjects offered shall be displayed in JNTUH website / Portal as per the requests of students communicated to JNTUH. 5. Direct applications /mails from the students will not be considered. 6. Applicable years of Academic Regulations (for the previously studied subjects) must be clearly indicated, for all students. 7. Hard copies should not be posted. All requests must be mailed to dapjntuh@gmail.com only on or before 13.07.2012, 5.00 p.m. Late application will not be considered.
