(B) ORGANISING-proper grouping of personal activities, assignment of activity & delegation of authority. (C) DIRECTING-supervising & directing the personnel. (D) CONTROLLING-measuring employee performance, correcting negative deviations & ensuring efficient accomplishment of plans.

concerned with employing people with necessary skills, knowledge & aptitude. JOB ANALYSIS-collecting information about operations & responsibilities pertaining to a job. HR PLANNING-determining & assuring the adequate no of skilled people in an organisation to meet personal & organisational objectives. RECRUITMENT-search of prospective employees & stimulate them to apply in organisation. SELECTION-ascertaining qualification, experience,skills & knowledge of an applicant with a view of appraising suitability of applicant for the job.

TRAINING-continuous process helping employees to learn skills,knowledge & abilities. CAREER PLANNING &DEVELOPMENTplanning of ones career &implementation of these plans through education,training etc. HR DEVELOPMENT-aim to develop whole organisation by enabling every employee to develop &use his capabilities to personal &organisational goals.
