Is Nepolism always Bad?

1.) In my opinion, working with those who are related to the person either by bond or by friendship is a good strategy to develop team building and resourcefulness of a person. One might not only ever have to comply or adapt to his/her surroundings but also he/she can become an active worker that can give potential productivity in his/her workplace. If this would be practiced in the Philippines which is I believed has already been practiced by many, it can either weigh on two things, first the person that has been hired might just rely on his connection and never work at all or secondly he might just have a bit of motivation to work and prove to his connection that he is more than fit to have been given the work he desires. However I certainly think that this would never work for I doubt that Filipinos may be able to slip away from his work and grab the BAHALA NA mentality.

2.) This only suggests that both universalism and particularism values that are being practiced might work but can only work without the other. The idea of adapting or taking the idea of other countrys value can either have a good or bad effect to the people, but this does not give any harm if taken easy and slow.

Religious freedom in Florida

If I were the judge in this given case, I might have hard time thinking on what or how to deal with the issue but thinking aside and minding it forward its not easy for both cultures to decide on their own and have each others side for they can be contrary to the other. However, it is not surprising that Muslims have to cover their face with a veil. It is in their dress code and social system to cover their face, prohibiting such act is a taboo for her. As a ruling judge in the court i would assume that the lady Ms. Freeman needs to have the exemption of the process but only must she be given the exemption if she gives more identification and other specific identification validity to avoid suspicion on the common protocol of the country that she resides. In this case, both of the parties would have the same laws complied.
