INTERNET “EXPERTS” MANIPULATE EDUCATIONAL GOALS

by Paul Henrickson, Ph.D tm. © 2012

If your school system, following the advice of internet

technicians, has adopted internet programs to inhibit the
reception by your school personnel of mailings judged by
the ignorant as unwanted spam materials helpful to your
teachers and essential to the pupils may have been lost.

For several years I have been aware of just this situation but
have hesitated to interfere in the decisions of others
regarding what they felt was there area of expertise but
when I discover that pride in the power of suppression
overrides concern for the benefits to be gained by pupils I
feel it is my obligation to implore school leaders to
reconsider their decision and internet technicians to work a
little harder at solving problems without killing the patient.
