    The student should be in their graduating year. The student must show evidence of financial difficulties in continuing their studies. The student should have completed paying the annual tuition fees of the previous years. The student should not be making use of the loan system of Japanese Student Service Organization. The student should be recommended by the instructor in charge of the student, be very positive to study, and holds the average score of 80 or over for each exam, and have attended more than 80% of classes.
