    Join Van Meter for an exciting night of racing at Hawkeye Downs on Friday, June 15th, all while raising money for a local charity. Admission fees will be directed to Aiming for a Cure. *100% of the proceeds from this event will benefit Aiming for a Cure

    Admission: minimum $1 donation* RACE STARTS: 7 PM GATES OPEN: 6 PM

    Van Meter, with the help of Bulltown Legend Cars is bringing back the popular Legend Race! Featured this year will be Van Meter Employee-Owner and Chief Financial Officer, Mick Slinger; University of Iowa Wrestling and 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist Coach Tom Brands and Mark Ironside Hawkeye Alum and 4 time Big Ten Champ! You wont want to miss this race around the track as these guys battle for the title and raise money for our charity.
