Diversity receive alarm Window view alarm

Right click on browser alarm for more information => Filter alarm => Alarm source type => Site and find site name in list book and OK.

Problem on BSC
Right click on card name that has alarm => View Site Board => Configure Site Board Attributes.

Mistake problem

Note: In Feeder parameter, Send Receive Mode has many value as Double Feeder and Single Feeder. In configuration 2TRX has to set up value of Feeder Double Feeder (2TX + 2RX), 3TRX Set up Feeder Single Feeder (1TX + 2RX) this action use for card DRFU.

Clear Problem on BSC

Right click on site name at right panel => Configure Site Board Attributes

Click on button Configure Site Board Attributes

Right click on card name => Configure RXU Attributes

Choose tab Configure Site Board Attributes and Select on Value Single Feeder (1TX + 2RX). OK => OK => Finish. Note: If site config 2TRX in this value select Double Feeder (2TX + 2RX) and 3TRX select single Feeder (1TX + 2RX).
