TRX Config Mismatch alarm View alarm on BSC: 1- Click on Alarm Maintenance => Browser Alarm and then

2- And right on alarm fill choose Filter Alarm and Then type ID of alarm into Textbox and choose site name in fill and OK.

Next you will see alarm TRX Config Mismatch Alarm in fill:

How to fix alarm: Click on site name and than click on card of cell by right click on card DRFU/GRFU => View Site Board

=> Configure Site Board Attributes => View on Sent Receive Mode => Single Feeder (1TX + 2RX)

If it Single Feeder (1TX + 2RX). Please change to Double Feeder (2TX + 2RX)

Not: If you see this mode you must be change it to Double Feeder (2TX + 2RX) if site configured 2TRX.

Solution:

Right click on site at left panel => Configure Site Board Attribute

Click on button Configure Site Board Attribute

Right click on board => Configure Site Board Attribute = Sent Receive Mode (Double Feeder (2TX + 2RX)) => OK => OK => Finish.

And then Reset site right click on BTS name on left panel choose Reset BTS in Level and then tick on Level 4 => Reset => OK => Cancel.
