Warranty
Datavideowarrantsthattheequipmentitmanufacturesshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialand workmanshipforaperiodof12monthsfromthedateofproductpurchased.Ifequipmentfailsdueto suchdefects,Datavideowill,atitsoption,repairorprovideareplacementforthedefectivepartor product. Equipmentthatfailsafterthewarrantyperiod,hasbeenoperatedorinstalledinamannerotherthan thatspecifiedbyDatavideo,orhasbeensubjectedtoabuseormodification,willberepairedfortime andmaterialchargesattheBuyersexpense.Thiswarrantydoesnotaffectyourstatutoryrights withintheCountryofpurchase.
